Apple distribution
For an iOS app distributed without a custom EULA, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These supplementary service provisions describe nofeed and do not replace or override that Standard EULA, Apple usage rules or your mandatory legal rights. If they conflict, the applicable Standard EULA controls the software license.
Scope and ownership
For other supported distribution channels, the operator grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on devices you own or control, subject to the store’s permitted sharing rules and any paid entitlement. The software is licensed, not sold. Do not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the app or signed rule packages except as expressly permitted, under an open-source license, or by mandatory law. Security and interoperability research rights required by law remain intact.
Support, claims and third-party services
The agreement for a third-party app is between you and the application provider, not Apple. The operator handles app support, product claims and applicable intellectual-property claims as required by the governing EULA. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries have the third-party beneficiary rights provided by the Standard EULA. Store refund and warranty provisions, export restrictions and applicable third-party terms remain in force.
Service-specific additions
Filters modify selected on-device interfaces and do not grant rights in third-party platforms. Availability may change; a rule update is not a guarantee of compatibility. We do not collect social credentials, messages or feed content. Optional device permissions remain revocable. Privacy and billing terms describe associated services. No term limits consumer remedies that cannot be waived.
